The Quota Club is a service organization composed of individuals of diverse occupations committed to sharing their time, talents and resources to help serve the needs of the Alliance Ohio community especially in the area of hearing and speech.

The Quota Club of Alliance is a non-profit organization empowering disadvantaged women, the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and people with speech difficulties
